P90X2 Phase 1 Review

Phase 1 is complete! 

The beauty of P90X2 is that it's customizable.  Phase 1 was to be done anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks.  I felt that 4 weeks was good for me.  It is called the Foundation Phase, and I can see why.  It focused a lot on the core.  Here's how I modified it for my schedule to fit in some running days and my yoga class:

Monday-Core/Short Run
Tuesday-Plyocide
Wednesday-Yoga
Thursday-Total Body/Ab Ripper X
Friday-Balance and Power
Saturday-Long Run

After completing Phase 1, I did a Recovery Week.  This consisted of running Monday-Saturday and doing Yoga X2 on Tuesday and Thursday. 

Now on to Phase 2...
