The word for this week was BRICKS!
I was so busy trying to fit everything in and working on speed and distance that I realized I hadn't done any bricks yet. Oops. I made sure to get a few in this week and already felt a difference. It's such a weird feeling going straight from biking to running so I'm glad I am starting to get used to that again.
This is how my week went down:
Monday-12 mile bike/ 2 mile run
Tuesday-6 mile run
Wednesday-1200 m swim/8 mile bike
Thursday-12 mile bike/3 mile run
Friday-rest
Saturday-7 mile run
