P90X2 Phase 2 Review

Phase 2 is complete! 

I ended up doing 2 weeks, and then stuck a Recovery Week in there during our spring break, and then finished with 2 more weeks for a total of 4 weeks.  I really enjoyed this phase, probably because it was a lot of upper body so I was able to get more running days in than in Phase 1 

Here is the schedule I used to fit in my yoga class and running. 

Monday:  V Sculpt and X2 Ab Ripper/Run
Tuesday: Plyocide
Wednesday: Yoga
Thursday: X2 Shoulders & Arms and X2 Ab Ripper
Friday:  Run and Pull-ups
Saturday:  Run and X2 Ab Ripper
Sunday:  Rest

I can't believe how fast the first two phases have gone.  On to Phase 3!
